Indoor parking IoT solution for drivers and parking managers
In this project, our team develops parking IoT solution designed to meet the needs of indoor parking reservation, navigation, and parking space management for drivers and parking facility managers.
The parking spot reservation and navigation needs: Drivers need integrated parking spot reservation capabilities in the navigation apps in areas where the parking spot availabilities are limited; EV drivers in many cases need to book the EV charging ports before arrival at both AC and DC charging stations, to ensure the availability of the charging ports. In complex indoor facilities, drivers need the indoor navigation to help them navigate in complex environment. They also need a walking route guide to find the parked vehicles in large and complicated parking lots.
The parking facility management needs: Parking lot managers are facing inefficient ways to manage parking space reservations; many parking lots lack parking space occupancy detection and vehicle identification technologies to improve parking space monitoring and management. Parking lot managers need better solutions to help with the parking conflict resolution and parking rule compliance issues.
Our indoor parking mobile app software: We are implementing the mobile app for drivers to easily navigate inside the indoor parking lot, from the entrance to the available or booked parking space. The mobile app also provides remote reservations of the parking spaces. In addition, the vehicle location tracking in the app can help drivers to find the parked vehicle. The app and cloud software provide efficient management of the parking spaces for parking lot managers. The software capabilities include booking management, vehicle occupancy detection and vehicle identification. The parking lot managers are able to contact in the app to resolve parking conflicts. The software provides a comprehensive parking solution for both drivers and parking lot managers.
The remote inspection IoT solution for enterprises in the energy industry
In this project, our team develops autonomous drone inspection solution resolving the remote inspection issues for electricity companies. We also develop wireless network technology resolving the latency issue in smart grid automation.
The autonomous powerline drone inspection needs: the traditional drone inspection of the powerline is by manual drone pilot and visual inspection of the powerline images. Autonomous drone inspection can greatly improve the inspection efficiency and accuracy for the productivity of power grid operation. The technical challenges include computer vision algorithms to analyze the drone images and videos to identify issues and abnormalities, for predictive maintenance of the power transmission lines.
Our drone inspection software solution: Our solution provides an integrated GIS platform to store the drone's inspection images and videos, and the machine learning algorithms to identify powerline anomalies, to streamline the powerline remote inspection for the maintenance team in energy corporations. Machine learning based powerline issue detection software assists electricity operators to identify issues and arrange prompt follow-up repairs and maintenance.
The wireless network challenge in energy systems: The wireless network for inspection robotics requires video transmission over tens of kilometers from the robots to the wireless gateway server. Wireless networks for smart grid operators require a distributed radio access network architecture. This architecture has advantages over the centralized 5G/4G architecture in terms of latency, data rate and stability. Multiple distributed radio access points can cover a ten-kilometer radius, providing latency-guaranteed data transmission. It is also necessary to select the applicable frequencies to ensure the system meets the design requirements. Wireless anti-interference solutions need to be designed to mitigate wireless network interference and guarantee the quality of the network.
